These Terms of Use govern your use of the OraVa website (oravalabs.com) and the purchase and use of OraVa digital products. By accessing this website or purchasing any OraVa product, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

OraVa sells digital products, including Decision Tree OS™ and related digital files. All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Digital delivery

After completing a purchase, you will receive a download link via your order confirmation email. Files are delivered immediately after payment is processed. OraVa is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

3. Personal-use license

All OraVa products are sold under a personal-use license. You may use the files for your own personal decisions and planning only. You may not share, copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use the files for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from OraVa. See the Personal-Use License for full terms.

4. No refunds on digital products

All sales are final once files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Because OraVa products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are not available after delivery. If you have a problem with your order, contact OraVa.

Decision Tree OS™ and all OraVa products are structured thinking tools designed to help you organize your own decisions. They do not guarantee any specific outcome. They are not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice. OraVa is not responsible for any decisions you make or any outcomes that result from using OraVa products.

6. Intellectual property

All OraVa content, products, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of OraVa. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

7. Changes to these terms

OraVa may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website or OraVa products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
