This Personal-Use License applies to all digital products purchased from OraVa, including access to OraVa Decision Journey™ and any companion planner files.
What is permitted
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:
- Access and use OraVa Decision Journey™ for your own decisions
- Download, save, and print companion files for your own personal use
- Use your access and companion files on multiple personal devices you own
What is not permitted
You may not:
- Share your access link with other people, including friends, family, or colleagues
- Distribute your access link or companion files in any form, digitally or physically
- Resell your access or the companion files, or include them in any product or service you sell
- Use OraVa or the companion files for commercial purposes, including in a business or professional service
- Modify companion files and distribute the modified versions
- Claim OraVa or the companion files as your own work
- Upload your access link or companion files to any file-sharing service, platform, or website
- Include your access or companion files in any course, program, or membership
Enforcement
Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of OraVa access or products is a violation of this license and applicable copyright law. OraVa reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including revoking access.
