DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

OraVa sells downloadable digital products. No physical item is shipped.

How you receive access: After payment is confirmed, access to your purchased product is delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. Delivery depends on successful payment confirmation.

If you do not receive access: Contact OraVa through the official Support or Contact page and include your order number. We will investigate and resolve delivery issues promptly.

Refunds: All sales are subject to the Refund Policy. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law.
