Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold by OraVa, including OraVa Decision Journey™ access and related companion files.

What you are purchasing

OraVa is a browser-based, interactive digital experience delivered through a hosted web link, along with printable and/or tablet-compatible companion planner files depending on your package. No physical product will be shipped.

Instant delivery

Your access instructions are delivered immediately after payment is processed. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your Start Here guide and access link. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

Device, browser, and storage responsibility

OraVa runs in your web browser. You are responsible for using a supported, up-to-date browser and for backing up your saved decisions using the export feature described in your Start Here guide. OraVa is not responsible for decisions lost due to cleared browser data, uninstalled browsers, or device changes if a backup was not made.

Companion files

Depending on your package, you may receive printable PDF, fillable PDF, and/or tablet-compatible (Goodnotes/Notability) companion files. These support the same method as the interactive experience.

Personal-use license

All OraVa products, including access to OraVa Decision Journey™ and any companion files, are provided under a personal-use license. You may not share your access link, copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use OraVa for commercial purposes. See the Personal-Use License for full terms.

No refunds after access is delivered

All sales are final once access has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are not available after access has been provided.

If you have a problem with your order — including a technical issue accessing OraVa — contact OraVa with your order number and a description of the issue. OraVa will work to resolve legitimate technical access problems.

Calendar handoff

OraVa keeps your scheduled next move inside your Decision Calendar and can prepare an event for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another compatible calendar. You confirm the event in your chosen calendar, which then manages reminders and notifications. OraVa does not silently add events to any external calendar.

Optional spoken guidance

Spoken guidance is available through the Listen control where supported. Audio availability and quality may vary by device, connection, and browser.

Access-link handling

Your access link is intended for your personal use only. Do not publish, share, or redistribute your access link. OraVa may take appropriate action in response to unauthorized sharing.
