How to access OraVa after purchase
OraVa Decision Journey™ is a browser-based experience. Access is delivered digitally and is available immediately after purchase.
Step 1: Check your email
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from OraVa (via Shopify). This email contains your Start Here guide and your access link.
If you do not see the email within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search your inbox for emails from OraVa or noreply@shopify.com
- Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
Step 2: Open OraVa
Click the access link in your confirmation email. OraVa opens directly in your browser — no download or app-store install is required for the core experience. It works on both mobile and desktop.
Step 3: Start with Quick Clarity
Quick Clarity is the fastest way to get oriented. Answer one question at a time and let a direction emerge. Guided and Deep modes are available if you want to go further into a decision.
Step 4: Save and back up your decisions
Your decisions are saved in your browser as Decision Cards. Because they live in your browser, we recommend using the export/backup feature (covered in your Start Here guide) periodically — clearing your browser data without exporting first may remove saved decisions.
Step 5: Set up your next move
When you're ready to schedule a next move, OraVa keeps it inside your Decision Calendar and can prepare an event for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another compatible calendar. You'll confirm the event in your own calendar, which then handles reminders.
Step 6: Use your printable companion planner (if included)
Depending on your package, you'll also receive a printable and/or tablet-compatible companion planner. Open the PDF with any standard PDF reader, or import the tablet files into Goodnotes or Notability (Complete and Ultimate packages).
Optional: spoken guidance
Tap the Listen control if you'd like spoken guidance through a question. Audio availability and quality may vary by device, connection, and browser.
